Executive General Adjusters
Since 1989 each Partner has been adjusting Commercial Lines, Builder’s Risk and Personal Lines claims. Through the decades they have gained unique and valuable experience handling complicated losses resulting from 9/11, the 2003 blackout, Superstorm Sandy and the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to their field experience, the partners regularly attend claim conferences and seminars to stay informed of legal, regulatory and policy trends. They also regularly attend workshops and meetings of the Loss Executives Association and are members of that esteemed industry organization. After recognizing an opportunity to better serve insurers, they founded MSW Adjustment Group in 1995. Messrs. Stevenson & Walker are graduates of State University of New York at Stony Brook and Gettysburg College, respectively.
Mr. Scholz currently holds the position of General Adjuster. Mr. Scholz joined MSW during September 2006 after having served major catastrophe service for Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Gamma. His experience in running a restaurant, which has been owned by his family for 45 years, has made adjusting property and business income claims for food-service insurers one of his specialties. He regularly attends PLRB, industry conferences, and local seminars and is sent to industry education providers on a semi-annual basis for formal continuing education. Mr. Scholz attended The State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Martin joined are team in January 2024 after serving as Tower Group/National General and Allstate for a combined fourteen years. He has is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University.
Stephen and David have long-standing relationships with MSW. Both are licensed adjusters. Steve is a General Adjuster who has worked with us for fours years. David serves primarily as an estimator to compartmentalize that aspect of adjusting for quicker turnaround of claims.

Nalita Balram
Office Manager
Ms. Balram has served as Office Manager at MSW since 1999. She manages all daily operations of the company, to include bookkeeping, scheduling, diary maintenance and report processing.
